Rotoprint Production
Despite technological advancements, the process used today remains largely unchanged. Rotogravure is renowned for its remarkable density range (from light to shadow) and is the preferred printing method for everything from magazines to packaging designs.
Rotogravure is a printing system where fluid ink is transferred from depressions in a printing drum onto diff materials.
One Drum is engraved per color, with the depth of engraving determined by the desired color intensity.
Rotogravure offers an excellent choice for roasteries engaged in higher-volume production due to its low per-unit costs and durable printing cylinders. While the startup costs may be significant, roasters are unlikely to incur expenses for new cylinders once they’ve been created. “It’s an investment in the future of your business”
